Blessed are the Powerless

Blessed are the Powerless Matthew 5:3 – “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to them. The Greek word for poor is ‘ptochos.’ The dictionary reveals additional meaning such as: lowly, afflicted, destitute, lacking in anything, and the one that stuck out to me – ‘powerless to accomplish an end.’
