Kept From Falling
Jude 24 – Now to the one who is able to keep you from falling, and to cause you to stand rejoicing, without blemish before his glorious presence, 25 – to the only God our Savior through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, power, and authority, before all time, and now, and for all eternity. Amen.
Imagine and believe – Jesus has the power to keep us from falling. He is able. He has the power to cause us to stand, not in terror or fear, but with joy. He has the power to change our blemished, stained lives, into ones that are spotless! He is able.
The arm of Jesus is not short – it was long enough to stretch out upon the cross to save to the uttermost. No matter how deep we find ourselves in sin. He is able to reach us, forgive us, and save us.
To Jesus, our God, and our Savior be glory, majesty, power, and authority – not just over everything – but over me and you – eternally! Amen!
