A Complete End
Nahum 1:7 – The LORD is good – indeed, he is a fortress in time of distress, and he protects those who seek refuge in him. 8 – But with an overwhelming flood he will make a complete end of Nineveh; he will drive his enemies into darkness. 9 – Whatever you plot against the LORD, he will completely destroy! Distress will not arise a second time.
Let the LORD be our fortress. Let’s seek refuge in him in the midst of all the trouble erupting around us. While it may seem as though the enemy is prospering, an overwhelming flood is coming – the return of Jesus Christ and He will make the ending of the enemy complete. Distress, adversity, affliction – will not rise again. Praise God!!!
